Funnel/Landing Page Design Intake

We’re officially one form away from design day.

Once you hit submit on this, I’ll have everything I need to hit the ground running on your project start date.

⏱️ Heads up: This form takes about 30 minutes to complete.

- If you’ve got your content ready (or linked in a Google Doc), you’ll fly through.

- If you’re still putting pieces together, no stress. This form autosaves, so you can take your time and come back when needed.

✨ What I’ll be asking for:
• Your services broken down
• Testimonials & testimonial media (social proof)
• Any other copy or info that helps me bake strategy into your landing page flow

You’ll be able to drop Google Doc links, upload files, or paste text directly.
No perfection required — just give me what you’ve got.
💾 A note about autosave:
Your answers are saved in this browser & window, even if you close the tab. Just don’t restart your computer or do anything crazy.
I can also see partial responses on my end, just in case something goes missing.
PLUS linking to content in Google Docs is always the move. More backup, easier updating. & I'll prompt for it.
